To describe Frances as a great celebrant is an understatement to just how brilliant she is. As soon as we met Frances, we were drawn to her fabulous personality and sense of style, and we booked her to be our celebrant immediately!

Alongside working tirelessly to create a beautiful, bespoke ceremony for us, Frances also became a huge part of our wedding process, being on hand to answer questions, ease concerns, and generally just for a nice little chat. Every single one of our planning sessions were an absolute delight, with Frances discovering all the weird and wonderful things about us as a couple in order to make a ceremony that felt just like us. She also took the time to speak to our closest friends and family to discover any little extras which we may have missed in our questionnaires.

On the wedding day itself, we could not have asked more of Frances – she helped in setting up, calming nerves, and bringing a wonderful, sparkly energy to the day. Her ceremony was absolutely stunning, and I don’t believe there was a dry eye, either from laughter or emotion, by the end of it. It was glittered with sweet words from each other, friends, family, and even a few little surprises! She totally captured our love for each other and our personality as a couple – we just want to read the ceremony over and over again!

Frances is a fantastic celebrant, but she is also so much more. She is a creative writer, a planner, (at times) a counsellor, and on top of it all she is a best friend. We are so privileged to have worked with Frances, and if we ever have a vow renewal, she will be the first person we call. We love you Frances!

We absolutely loved having Frances as our celebrant for our wedding in May ‘25. We spent many months looking for a celebrant that was fun, flexible and willing to write a truly personal and memorable ceremony - and finally found everything we wanted in Frances at the Un-Wedding show in London. She stood out like a sunbeam!

Her attention to detail was amazing. She took the little scraps of information we gave her - anecdotes from our lives, details of our first date and our hopes and wishes for our wedding day and future and wove them into the most incredible ceremony.
Frances also took the time to speak to our closest friends and family and get their impressions and made that part of the ceremony too. We felt that we could throw tradition out the window if we wanted, and make the day totally personal to us.

In the lead up to the day Frances communication with us was so clear; we knew exactly what our ceremony would look like and what to expect. She prepared us really well to know where to stand and speak clearly and kept us calm on the morning of.

Frances takes such effort and time to get to know you, your relationship and your families and she was such an essential part of the day.

She is the kind of celebrant (& person) that makes sure your Mum’s got a tissue; your doddery Uncle get a good seat, that your beloved dogs bow tie is straight for their big ceremony entrance….

Many guests have said that Frances ceremony was the best they’ve ever attended, I completely agree. I would wholeheartedly recommend Frances to anyone who wants a wedding ceremony delivered by someone who truly has taken the time to get to know you and those most important to you, with humour, inclusivity and kindness. More than five stars!

Gorgeous Frances was everything we could have asked for on our wedding day. She is so, so brilliant at really getting to the core of a love story and creating a ceremony that truly and fully represents who you are as a couple.
She was brilliant in the lead up, offering tips and advice, as well as her excellent questionnaire which was so well thought out. We loved meeting with her for a coffee a few months before, it really helped us to feel comfortable and excited about the day!
The ceremony Frances created was just amazing. A load of our guests said how unique, special and representative of us it was. It was heartfelt and funny and super romantic. Ok I don’t think my review will do Frances justice but we’re so thankful she was part of our wedding. Not only did she help us craft THE PERFECT ceremony for us, she also wrote the most lovely script for it and had most of our guests laughing through tears the whole time - the perfect mix of lols and tissues. She helped make our day so special and unique and got on with all our friends and family there like she’d been around for years. We cannot recommend her enough.
