Who Am I?
I'm Frances, an independent Celebrant, based in London.
Who am I? Anyone else have the overwhelming urge to reply 'That's one secret I'll never tell. You know you love me, xoxo Gossip Girl' when they hear that question? No? Just me then...
I'm an aging millennial, and I've just entered by most exciting era yet: My Celebrant era.

My Journey into Celebrant Life...

I'm really creative and love people, and post-lockdown, I was feeling like I was lacking connection and freedom of creativity in my day job. I realised the elements of my work life I was enjoying the most were outside of my core role, corporate and social events organisation, and my work with the LGBTQ+ network. I decided I needed something more in order to feel fulfilled. This is when I found celebrancy!

The joy and connection I get from meeting amazing new people all the time, is incredible. As a nosey gal, getting to learn about your lives and love stories is a dream come true.

As an English grad I've always loved reading and writing creatively. I love finding inspiration from literature, film, music and popular culture when script-writing. So whether you love Lord of the Rings or are obsessed with Ru Paul's Drag Race (I love both), I can do my research and sprinkle your script with some gems.

I'm really passionate about you having the wedding that you want, rather than the wedding you are pressured to have. Despite what Auntie Nora says, you don't need to invite 4th cousin Carla who you haven't see in a decade. The same goes for your wedding ceremony; you don't need to include traditional elements that just aren't 'you', We can strip the ceremony right back, kick around ideas, and share Pinterest mood-boards to make sure you're only including elements that you're really excited about.

So if I sound like a good fit for you and your wedding...
